Ingredients for 2 people:

soya (Soyaschnetzel)

vegetable stock



red pepper

half a cup sweet chilli sauce

3 table spoons honey

2 table spoons sesame oil

3 table spoons white wine vinegar

4 table spoons lemon

1-2 tea spoons wasabi paste

sesame seed

seedless grapes




Pour water into a pot. Add vegetable stock, salt, pepper, red pepper and soya. Then simmer over medium heat for approximately 10-15 minutes. In the meantime pour some sweet chilli sauce, honey, sesame oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and wasabi paste in a bowl. Wash the salad, chop the feta into small pieces and cut the grapes into halves. Roast the sesame seed, add the soya and the self-made sauce. Mix it … et voila!
